Comfortinnlondon.com provides you, the site user with information under the following Terms and Conditions, which once the site is accessed or used should be acknowledged and agreed upon.

GENERAL :
1)The comfortinnlondon.com site is designed to assist our clients in searching for hotel accommodation availability in London. Except of printing information relevant to your travel arrangements you may not copy, sell, reproduce or otherwise explore this site content without prior written authorisation from us.

2) All the information provided by clients are their responsibility and should be correct at the time of submission and any changes to the detail supplied should be forwarded as soon as possible. The comfortinnlondon.com site is allowed to use its content in ways, which are consistent with the information, needed to confirm the reservation and are bound by our privacy policy.

3) We are unable to stop you from making 2 reservations for the same time of travel at different properties. And in that case no refund will be given should this occur & no refund will be given in the absence of a valid cancellation.

4) All the rates listed on this Site are contracted from individual hotels and are represented in their local currency. The provided currency converter is based on international publicly available currency conversion at the time of your booking and its current rate will be used when debiting your card. The comfortinnlondon.com site cannot guarantee or warrant that the conversion rate will not be subject to currency fluctuation.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
1) Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation you can do so without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival by 2 pm contacting our Central Reservations Office. A cancellation latter than 2 pm 24 hours prior to arrival or a no show will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

2) In case of a late cancellation, comfortinnlondon.com reserves the right to charge for 1 night and in some cases eg. minimum stay, for the full amount. This information will be stated and detailed on your confirmation form.

CHILD POLICY & EXTRA PERSON :
Child policy may vary between hotels, however the standard policy allows children up to 3 years to stay free of charge in parents room using existing bedding or a baby cot upon request. For older children the age requirement policy will depend on hotel policy, stated in information section.
